At the heart of the journey lies Nandi Kund, a sacred high-altitude lake believed to be the meditation place of Nandi, Lord Shiva’s divine mount. The trek also crosses the challenging Ghiya Vinayak Pass (~5,200 m), offering breathtaking panoramic views of Himalayan giants like Chaukhamba, Kedarnath Peak, and Neelkanth.

Trek (~9 km / 5–6 hrs) through forests to river confluence.

Day 3 – Gaundhar → Madhyamaheshwar
Trek (~8 km / 5–6 hrs) to temple (3497 m). Evening aarti.

Day 4 – Madhyamaheshwar → Kachni Dhar
Trek (~9 km). Alpine climb with Chaukhamba views.
